Our Process
Our process involves several steps: design preparation, extrusion, printing, conversion and packing ready to ship.
A. Design Preparation
Consultation with client to create artwork and overall product design including printing plate design.
B. Film Extrusion
Using polyethylene resins, film is extruded to different sizes and thicknesses according to client specifications.
C. Printing
From narrow to wider web, we print in multiple colors. The extruded film is then printed with logo and artwork as designed and approved by the client.
D. Conversion
Plain or printed films are then converted into different sizes like wicketed bags, bags with tapes, or on rolls. From there, bags and rolls are then packed for shipment.
